A Sprinkle for Molly

It's time for a new baby!  Today we headed off to sprinkle friends with gifts and love as they prepare to welcome a new baby into the world!  It just so happens that it is Michal's friend Liam who will soon welcome a baby sister, so we knew a fun day would be in our future.

We shared a quick lunch with Josh at my workplace before we headed off.  Michal grabbed her animal crackers, slung them on her arm like a handbag, bid us farewell, and headed off.  Luckily she let me accompany her once I caught up.

Playing on an awesome play structure at Liam's grandparents' house.  Michal LOVED driving the... castle?  I'm not entire sure what it was!

Liam looks like he's not quite sure he wants her to do the driving.

Smiley Goose.

Cookie!

I tried to teach her to hula hoop.  She didn't quite get it.

We had such a lovely day - cannot wait to welcome our new baby friend - just a few weeks!

Catching Up

It's been a hectic few weeks around here, and I haven't taken as many photos as I would have liked.  Take today for instance - Michal decided to take an impromptu walk with Daddy and Bailey... unfortunately she was barefoot.  Kind of adorable, but unfortunately no photo.  I'll try to get back on the photo thing, but in the mean time, here are a few photos from a few weeks ago, when we traveled to New Jersey to help celebrate my cousin's college graduation.  Michal had huge amounts of fun, especially enjoying herself with her Great-Uncle Marc (my father's middle brother).

Watching the musicians warming up

Checking out the program.
She did pretty well throughout the ceremony - thank goodness it was outside and there was plenty of room for her to run around.

Posing among the flowers outside Great Uncle Marc's house.

We took a walk down to the lake in his community - Josh, Marc, and Michal found a turtle!

Absolutely gorgeous!

 Wheee!

Checking out the sand and lake.  She ended up taking a swim.  In her clothes.  I ended up stripping her down to her diaper, which coincidentally had a fishy print.

Heading back to the house, sans wet clothes.

Sick Goose

It's been a rough couple of days. Monday seemed to be rough on the kid, and it was a blessing when it was time for bed - she clearly needed it! Unfortunately she woke up around midnight, crying and screaming, which is far from normal. Turns out she had a diaper situation (I will spare you the details, dear reader), so we changed her and put her back to sleep.

Tuesday morning Michal and I settled in for our normal Tuesday routine, which was suddenly interrupted by some super fun vomit action. That was repeated again outside of Target during a shopping run to get sick kid items.  The rest of the day we had a floppy Goose. She is feeling a but better today, and we hope she will get to go back to school tomorrow. In the meantime, two photos of a less-than-healthy kid hanging and sleeping on her mommy.
